Senior C# Systems Analyst at Grupo Fácil — Onsite in Belo Horizonte
Build and support backend systems, APIs, and databases for health plan operators at Grupo Fácil. Help sustain and improve critical applications through troubleshooting, data modeling, and performance enhancements.

- Develop and maintain backend systems for health plan operators and self-managed healthcare organizations
- Build, integrate, and maintain REST and SOAP APIs
- Investigate application failures, identify root causes, and resolve defects
- Implement continuous improvements that enhance performance and the end-user experience
- Create and maintain data models
- Write optimized queries and design new database structures
- Provide technical guidance when defining requirements for new features and enhancements
- Decompose detailed requirements into actionable tasks for development planning and execution

- Extensive experience building applications with C# and the .NET ecosystem
- Practical experience developing backend layers for web applications
- Hands-on experience with ORM tools
- Professional experience working with SQL
- Experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and jQuery
- Understanding of the MVC architectural pattern
- Familiarity with applications that use dependency injection
- Knowledge of Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban
- Completed or in-progress higher education in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred
- Experience with Knockout or other frontend frameworks is preferred
- Knowledge of Node.js is preferred
- Knowledge of Delphi is preferred
- Healthcare industry knowledge, including health plans, ANS, and the TISS standard, is preferred
- Familiarity with Autofac, Castle Windsor, and NHibernate is preferred
- Knowledge of Oracle is preferred
- Experience with mobile development is preferred
