  • Integrate, verify, and interpret data from ERP systems and business platforms
  • Automate data gathering and reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly Operations Reviews
  • Create and maintain consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards
  • Assess trends, risks, and opportunities, then deliver practical recommendations
  • Produce scorecards, presentations, and executive reporting for leadership
  • Manage real-time dashboards and reporting tools that support operational decisions
  • Connect business stakeholders with technical teams to strengthen reporting outcomes
  • Contribute to the design, rollout, and ongoing enhancement of the S&OP process
  • Build and maintain S&OP templates, dashboards, meeting scorecards, and reporting structures
  • Define reporting governance practices and KPI frameworks
  • Organize data collection, verification, and consolidation for monthly S&OP reviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and reporting capabilities
  • Lead the Product Introduction Process from project launch through operational readiness
  • Design workflows, milestone tracking, governance criteria, and process documentation
  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Finance
  • Advance continuous improvement initiatives for the Product Introduction Process

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Five to ten years of professional experience
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Experience working with ERP systems and business reporting platforms
  • Working knowledge of S&OP processes and business planning methods
  • Familiarity with Product Introduction Process (PIP/NPI) practices
  • Strong capabilities in reporting automation and data management
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement methods
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate with executives
  • Experience coordinating projects and facilitating cross-functional work
  • Authorization to work in the United States is required
