Senior Business Compliance Analyst, Pharmacy Benefits
Oversee pharmacy benefit manager licensing, regulatory filings, and compliance reporting at CVS Health. Support audits, research regulatory issues, and advise teams on compliance matters.

- Oversee pharmacy benefit manager licensing and regulatory reporting.
- Prepare and submit regulatory filings using SERFF, NIPR, and state filing portals.
- Track compliance obligations and support adherence to applicable regulations.
- Research legal and regulatory questions and recommend actions to stakeholders.
- Keep licensing and compliance records accurate and current.
- Assist with audits, compliance monitoring, and internal initiatives.
- Liaise with regulators on filings and compliance issues when needed.
- Guide cross-functional partners on compliance matters in a timely way.
- Coordinate multiple projects and regulatory deadlines.

- At least two years of experience with PBM licensing, regulatory filings, and reporting
- At least two years of project management experience
- Experience using SERFF, NIPR, and state filing portals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work independently and balance competing priorities
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to 5%, including by air
- Able to interpret legislation and conduct legal research
- Knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) regulations and operations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered instead
