- Validate data quality by reconciling internal information with external sources, budgets, and actual results
- Build and maintain financial models, key performance indicators, and business metrics
- Deliver data-based insights and reports to internal stakeholders
- Partner with business teams to align analytical methods and inform strategic decisions
- Determine root causes and propose improvements to processes and compliance
- Contribute to training, documentation, and process enhancement efforts
- Act as a subject matter expert on analytical tools and established best practices
- Support process improvement initiatives across Upstream Facility Services
- Oversee supplier relationships and track supplier performance metrics
- Work with Field Operations, Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Safety teams
- Use advanced analytics and AI to enable proactive decisions, optimize costs, and standardize processes

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or two years of experience in data analytics, project management, business, or a comparable area
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling and business intelligence
- Strong ability to document business requirements and conduct root cause analysis
- Experience analyzing supplier performance, conducting audits, and managing supplier relationships
- Ability to interpret financial data, key performance indicators, and trends
- Working familiarity with demand planning and inventory management
- Certification or knowledge corresponding to International Institute of Business Analysis standards
- Ability to work with stakeholders and explain complex data clearly
- Preferred qualifications include analytics, big data, data analysis and insights, and statistical programming language experience
