Senior BI Analyst – Lone Wolf Technologies (Hybrid, Philippines)

Senior BI Analyst responsible for Power BI reporting, semantic models, and ETL workflows supporting a customer experience organization. The role oversees reporting releases, data governance, stakeholder requirements, and data quality communication.

  • Translate stakeholder business requirements into Power BI technical specifications and report designs
  • Create reports and dashboards for business users
  • Apply consistent formatting, naming, and design standards to reporting deliverables
  • Handle ad hoc requests using Excel or native application reporting tools such as Salesforce Reports
  • Design source-to-target models for new reporting domains using dimensional and medallion principles
  • Define semantic models with appropriate tables, relationships, and DAX measures
  • Build and maintain Power BI dataflows across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers
  • Develop and troubleshoot Power Query transformations
  • Maintain manual and spreadsheet-based data processes
  • Convert incoming requests into tickets with defined requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Schedule releases and coordinate deployments for dataflows, models, and reports
  • Document data lineage, business logic, and known data quality concerns
  • Collect reporting requirements from stakeholders across the customer experience organization
  • Communicate data logic, metric definitions, and limitations in clear, non-technical language
  • Identify data quality and architectural issues that could affect metric defensibility
  • Make independent architectural and tooling decisions for ambiguous requests
  • Offer occasional technical guidance and mentoring to team members

Талаптар

  • At least five years of experience in BI development, reporting, or data analytics, including ownership of complete reporting solutions
  • Advanced Power BI skills covering Power Query/M, DAX, and data modeling
  • Experience with dimensional and medallion data modeling
  • Knowledge of semantic model governance, including row-level security and workspace access management
  • Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, structured data maintenance, and pivot-based analysis
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data structures such as Cases, Users, Opportunities, or comparable CRM objects
  • Experience tracking work through Jira or a similar ticketing system
  • Fluency in SQL or another query language
  • Exposure to APIs or scripting for automated data retrieval, including Apps Script or Power Automate
