Senior Backend Engineer, Agentic Pentest — OX Security (Remote, Armenia)
Build scalable backend systems and APIs for OX Security’s AI-powered cybersecurity platform. Strengthen performance, reliability, and secure engineering practices.

- Build and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
- Partner with Product, Frontend, and engineering teams to shape system architecture and requirements
- Improve application performance, scalability, and security
- Diagnose and resolve production issues while minimizing downtime
- Lead code reviews and uphold strong engineering practices
- Guide and support junior engineers
- Advance system design, reliability, and development processes
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- At least five years of backend development experience
- Proficient use of AI tools such as Copilot and large language models to streamline coding, speed up learning, and improve workflows
- Strong background building scalable, production-ready systems
- Proficiency with Node.js
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, efficient code
- Cybersecurity, SaaS, or cloud security experience is a bonus
- Hands-on experience with modern cloud environments such as AWS or Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes is a bonus
