Lead affiliate marketing programs for eAccountable, a Denver performance marketing agency. Grow publisher partnerships, negotiate placements, and turn performance data into strategies that improve client results.

- Develop a detailed understanding of each client's business, including KPIs, competitors, seasonality, products, customers, margins, promotional calendars, and brand standards
- Create affiliate strategies that support client growth objectives
- Maintain proactive client communication while delivering strong performance and high-quality service
- Source new publishers and sustain a balanced, diverse partner portfolio
- Build lasting publisher relationships across a range of market verticals
- Keep publishers informed about brand developments, products, incentives, and initiatives
- Negotiate placements, launches, offers, exclusive products, and promotional deals
- Set publisher compensation structures without compromising client brand integrity
- Lead content commerce efforts spanning pitch lists, outreach, backlink and article placements, and coverage tracking
- Source and oversee influencers through internal systems and external platforms
- Prepare recurring client reports covering outreach activity, performance metrics, and outcomes
- Analyze program data and translate findings into recommendations for improved performance

- At least five years of affiliate marketing experience with demonstrated success expanding client programs
- Established publisher connections across multiple industry verticals
- Practical experience with leading affiliate networks such as CJ, Rakuten, Awin, Impact, and Pepperjam
- A client-first approach and experience working as an extension of client teams
- Strong relationship-management abilities and a proactive style for resolving challenges and pursuing opportunities
- Capacity to work independently, own outcomes, and complete work with limited supervision
- Curiosity about emerging marketing channels and the ability to learn and apply them
- Comfort managing varied responsibilities in a fast-moving agency setting
- Denver-based candidates must work daily from the LoDo/Union Station office; exceptional remote candidates may be considered
