Senior Affiliate Manager, Hungary (Remote)
Grow affiliate partnerships and improve campaign performance for EverAI’s AI companionship products. Oversee global affiliate growth, from onboarding and recruitment to conversion and ROI optimization.

- Build and strengthen affiliate relationships
- Keep affiliates informed and provide ongoing support
- Manage onboarding and integration for new affiliates
- Track affiliate performance and report on traffic, conversions, and return on investment
- Analyze results, improve campaigns, and identify opportunities to scale
- Find and recruit affiliates and business partners
- Resolve affiliate issues promptly
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored funnels and improve conversion rates
- Improve affiliate communications and management processes
- Report to the Head of Partnerships/Affiliation
- Help distribute and scale EverAI’s AI companionship products

- At least five years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
- Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisions
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies across SEO, media buying, and paid social
- Advanced skill with Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting tools
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting
- Ability to improve processes for efficiency and return on investment
- Fluent English
- Comfort advertising uncensored, adult, or 18+ AI companionship products
- Experience with complex affiliate tracking, such as server-to-server postback setup and ad servers (bonus)
- Experience managing affiliate disputes, tracking problems, fraud, and traffic drops (bonus)
- Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise (bonus)
- Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing (bonus)
- Experience with subscription business models (bonus)
- Familiarity with fraud prevention methods (bonus)
- Willingness and ability to work under a B2B contract in the country of residence
