  • Prepare and review journal entries for e-commerce expenses, including utilities, marketing, supplies, payroll, and other costs.
  • Reconcile accounts monthly and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Analyze expense results, identify trends and variances, and explain findings to management.
  • Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close within established deadlines.
  • Maintain compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.
  • Support accrual calculations and validate financial data from multiple source systems.
  • Identify ways to improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
  • Work across teams to ensure accurate accounting for transactions and new business initiatives.
  • Assist with finance-related IT projects.
  • Provide accounting support for ad hoc requests and new business activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
