- Optimize and standardize international HCM processes across MediaMarktSaturn
- Assess business needs and convert them into practical SAP HCM solutions
- Develop solution concepts and support international projects, rollouts, and go-lives
- Work with HR teams, key users, IT, and product teams across multiple countries
- Configure, test, and maintain SAP HCM, including PA, PT, OM, ESS/MSS, and connected third-party tools
- Own assigned topics, prioritize work, and guide initiatives through implementation
- Drive continuous improvement and share expertise within an international team
- Maintain and enhance HR solutions used across MediaMarktSaturn’s country organizations
Талаптар
- University degree in computer science, business administration, economics, or a comparable field
- Hands-on SAP HCM configuration experience, ideally with SAP ERP 6.08
- Working knowledge of PA, PT, OM, ESS/MSS, and/or Fiori
- Sound understanding of HR processes and the ability to align business needs with technology
- Background in international projects, rollouts, or process harmonization
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, responsible, open-minded, and results-focused approach
- Clear communication skills and comfort working with international stakeholders and diverse cultures
- Collaborative mindset with curiosity and a willingness to learn
- Fluent English; additional languages are advantageous
