Lead global SAP S/4HANA Finance, taxation, and reporting design for Corteva Agriscience’s multi-country operations in Spain. Shape finance processes, integrations, testing, upgrades, and regulatory reporting across connected SAP and non-SAP platforms.

- Design, configure, test, and maintain S/4HANA and connected SAP and non-SAP Finance applications throughout their lifecycles
- Act as the primary IT contact for SAP Finance within a multi-country global S/4HANA implementation
- Align local Financial, Controllership, and Taxation processes with the global S/4HANA template
- Define functional and non-functional system requirements
- Partner with ERP and IT business process experts, Solution Engineers, and Architects to redesign and implement processes
- Convert process designs into SAP S/4HANA system designs, including RISE and SAP Cloud solutions
- Produce system, technical, functional, requirements-traceability, and test documentation
- Implement legal, statutory, regulatory, and tax-related reporting changes, including third-party application integrations
- Configure GL, cFIN, tax calculation, SAP DRC, and BPC reporting capabilities
- Design and configure integrations with SAP and non-SAP Business Warehouse, Data Lake, Power BI, and Alteryx solutions
- Execute unit, SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing
- Identify process and system dependencies during SAP implementations
- Manage periodic SAP upgrades through assessment, regression testing, and deployment
- Support SAP Financial Reporting security roles and authorization objects
- Contribute to cross-platform AI, automation, reporting, and analytics initiatives
- Resolve production issues and escalate business disruptions as needed
- Maintain global SAP solutions through their replacement by S/4HANA

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is required
- Approximately 10 years of SAP Finance experience; this may be reduced for relevant S/4HANA implementation experience with large clients or former Big Four consultants
- Clear spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong presentation skills for global audiences
- Finance, Controlling, or Taxation domain or functional experience is preferred
- Experience designing Finance, Controlling, and Taxation business processes within solution architecture is preferred
- SAP Finance integration experience with OTC, PTP, Manufacturing, and non-SAP business applications is preferred
- Ability to research requirements, assess alternatives, and recommend SAP, non-SAP, or ERP-augmentation solutions
- Ability to independently design and configure SAP Finance processes, particularly GL, cFIN, BPC, tax applications, and RTR/OTC/PTP integrations
- Shared-services experience is preferred
- Experience with Big Four SAP system integrators and multi-country SAP environments is preferred
- CPA and/or an advanced accounting degree is preferred
- SAP certification is preferred
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work flexibly against tight project deadlines and during production issues
