Salesforce Technical Architect - Data 360 and Agentforce - Remote United States
Design Salesforce Data 360 architectures, integrations, and Agentforce grounding layers for VXForward’s enterprise technology clients. Build scalable solutions that support trusted data access and advanced AI use cases.

- Assess the existing Data 360 implementation from end to end
- Diagnose bottlenecks across identity resolution, ingestion pipelines, and calculated insights
- Develop and implement optimization strategies
- Architect scalable Data 360 solutions for Sales Transformation and RCA Migration initiatives
- Configure and tune batch and streaming ingestion connectors
- Build integrations from S3, Snowflake, MuleSoft, BigQuery, and Kafka using Zero Copy and standard ingestion frameworks
- Map source data streams to Data Model Objects through the Cloud Information Model and custom schemas
- Configure Data 360 as the core context and grounding layer for Agentforce
- Support real-time data access, vector embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation
- Execute hands-on Data 360 configuration, DataWeave transformations, segmentation, calculated insights, and API integrations

- Extensive architectural and hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or Data Cloud
- Direct experience configuring Data 360 data layers to provide trusted enterprise context for Agentforce AI agents
- Demonstrated ability to configure standard and custom connectors, real-time streaming, batch ingestion, and Zero Copy architectures
- Proficiency with Data Model Objects, Data Stream Objects, and identity resolution rulesets
- Hands-on expertise in identity resolution, data harmonization, governance, security modeling, and enterprise data flows
