Build and improve AWS QuickSight dashboards and reusable datasets. Strengthen reporting quality across Form3’s cloud-native payments platform.

- Build dependable, scalable and accessible reporting across the organisation
- Complete and improve the Customer Service reporting suite and AWS QuickSight deck
- Create and document reusable datasets for a range of reporting needs
- Bring key business systems together in curated reporting datasets
- Turn stakeholder questions into clear data and dashboard specifications
- Define consistent business metrics, terminology and reporting logic
- Automate manual reports and repeated data preparation where practical
- Check report outputs and investigate data-quality problems
- Share knowledge with internal teams and contribute to the longer-term reporting roadmap

- Experience as a reporting analyst, data analyst, BI analyst or in a similar role
- Practical experience building and maintaining dashboards in AWS QuickSight or a comparable BI platform
- Working knowledge of SQL and Python for reporting, data transformation or analysis
- Experience combining data from multiple sources and turning stakeholder needs into accurate, maintainable reports
- Able to work independently, use sound judgement and take ownership during a focused six-month engagement
- Desirable: experience with Amazon Athena or a comparable cloud query service
- Desirable: experience developing curated datasets for self-service reporting
- Desirable: experience improving data quality, reporting governance and technical documentation
- Desirable: experience in a start-up, scale-up or small team with broad responsibilities
