- Develop and refine content strategies covering formats, topics, schedules, and testing.
- Create and distribute content across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.
- Maintain production workflows from topic planning through publication.
- Establish and maintain visual standards.
- Create static graphics, videos, and other visual content.
- Monitor performance metrics, evaluate results, and prepare reports.
- Track social media trends, timely topics, and relevant conversations.
- Document and standardize strategies, guidelines, and processes for consistent, scalable content operations.
- Collaborate directly with the personal brand lead and affiliated companies or projects on content creation and distribution.
