At least 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, inspection, or a comparable field
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Exceptional attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with quality management systems or inspection software is advantageous but not mandatory
Strong analytical judgment and practical problem-solving ability
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Effective organization and time management
Ability to work independently, balance competing priorities, and meet deadlines remotely
Confidence using email, messaging tools, and video conferencing for workplace communication
