- Oversee and improve a portfolio of properties advertised on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
- Develop and enhance property listings through stronger photography, copy, and SEO
- Apply dynamic pricing strategies to improve rental revenue
- Oversee reservations and maintain guest relationships
- Manage guest communications and coordinate check-in arrangements
- Resolve guest and operational disputes
- Schedule cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
- Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced property management
- Run day-to-day operations using the ALB platform
- Recruit City Managers through the referral program when appropriate and earn commissions from their activity
