  • Manage and optimize properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
  • Create and improve property listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
  • Apply dynamic pricing strategies to increase revenue
  • Handle reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
  • Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced management
  • Use the ALB platform to operate the business and receive inquiries from local property owners
  • Develop and oversee a portfolio of managed properties
  • Optionally recruit sponsored City Managers and earn commissions from their activity
