Remote IT Consultant – Digital Product Development

  • Guide clients in designing, developing, and implementing tailored solutions on the TIVITY platform
  • Deliver complete solutions from initial concept through user stories, mockups, and final implementation
  • Coordinate communication between clients and the project and development teams
  • Analyze innovative software products and assess competing solutions in depth
  • Lead workshops to resolve technically and functionally complex challenges
  • Document client goals, ideas, and requirements
  • Develop wireframes that clarify user journeys
  • Define the scope and direction of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
  • Build and refine data models, queries, interfaces, and workflows iteratively on the platform
  • Evaluate solutions through user feedback and improve them accordingly

Талаптар

  • Completed IT vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science
  • At least two years of experience as an IT Consultant, Product Manager, Solution Architect, or in a comparable position
  • Ability to assess user and product requirements, formulate solution concepts, and put them into practice
  • Experience coordinating activities or managing projects
  • Background in change, release, and testing processes
  • Experience collaborating with distributed teams and working remotely, with a dedicated office and appropriate equipment available
  • Strong customer orientation, self-management, planning and organizational ability, and a results-focused mindset
  • Working knowledge of agile practices and software development approaches, including Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner certification is advantageous but not mandatory
