  • Create static and motion graphics for Meta, Google Display, and Pinterest advertising campaigns
  • Retouch, color-grade, and process product photography in line with Gusti Leder’s brand guidelines and Corporate Identity
  • Apply generative AI tools to create assets, edit backgrounds, and produce short motion clips
  • Resize, reframe, and optimize creative concepts for formats including 1:1, 9:16, 2:3, and horizontal banners
  • Work with the international performance marketing team to turn campaign data into creative iterations
  • Follow workflow plans, meet deadlines, and report changes, technical bottlenecks, and process improvements

Талаптар

  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design or photo editing
  • E-commerce or D2C retail experience is preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Lightroom, and Illustrator
  • Experience with digital layout tools such as Figma
  • Practical experience with or strong interest in AI tools including Runway, Photoshop Generative Fill, and Midjourney
  • Ability to produce engaging, platform-specific advertising assets for Meta, Google Display, Pinterest, and social or search channels
  • Experience retouching large volumes of product photography with vintage or leather aesthetics
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to work within brand and Corporate Identity guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with an efficient hourly-pay model
  • Adaptability when priorities change and openness to performance-based design feedback
  • Reliability and independence when working to tight deadlines
