Remote Fractional Controller – Sage 100
Own month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting controls for Vessel Advisors’ small and midsize business clients. Manage Sage 100 engagements remotely from the United States.

- Oversee accounting for clients using Sage 100.
- Lead month-end and year-end close, including reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries.
- Prepare timely, accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Improve accounting workflows, internal controls, and Sage 100 configuration across general ledger, AP, AR, inventory, and job costing.
- Supervise and mentor client bookkeeping and AP/AR staff.
- Support budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis with Fractional CFOs.
- Coordinate audits, reviews, and tax preparation with external CPAs.

- Recent, hands-on Sage 100 experience, including the general ledger and core financial modules; Sage 100 was formerly known as MAS 90/200.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accrual accounting, and account reconciliation.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Sage 100 reporting tools is a plus.
