  • Build financial models to assess revenue, costs, profitability, and business initiatives
  • Compare actual results with budgets, forecasts, and prior periods
  • Explain the main factors behind results and variances
  • Prepare monthly management reports highlighting performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Assess sales by customer, product, channel, and other business segments
  • Track trends in revenue, volume, pricing, product mix, and gross margin
  • Create dashboards and recurring KPI reports
  • Conduct targeted analyses of customer profitability, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities
  • Turn business questions into structured analysis and actionable recommendations
  • Present findings and their business implications to stakeholders
  • Use NetSuite to retrieve, organize, and analyze financial and transaction data
  • Build and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, and dashboards
  • Combine NetSuite records with other data sources, check data quality, reconcile reports to financial results, and investigate discrepancies
  • Record metric definitions, source data, and reporting methods
  • Help prepare for Microsoft Fabric implementation by gathering requirements, defining reporting needs, prioritizing analytics use cases, and working with technical teams
  • Check migrated data, test datasets and dashboards, compare new reports with existing sources, and contribute to Power BI dashboards and shared datasets
  • Find ways to automate recurring reports and reduce manual spreadsheet work
  • Help users understand and adopt new reports, dashboards, and metric definitions
  • Use approved AI and automation tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and documentation, checking outputs for accuracy

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, business analytics, or a comparable role
  • Practical experience using NetSuite for financial reporting, saved searches, and data analysis
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and advanced formulas
  • Understanding of financial statements, accounting fundamentals, and business performance metrics
  • Working knowledge of U.S. financial systems and accounting practices, including U.S. GAAP
  • Ability to clean, combine, validate, and analyze datasets and understand relationships across data sources
  • Ability to structure analysis around business questions and explain findings to finance and nonfinance stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric; experience supporting a data or analytics platform implementation is a plus
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI
  • Experience querying, joining, and analyzing data with SQL
  • Familiarity with Power Query or similar tools for automating data preparation and reporting
  • Experience analyzing sales, customer profitability, pricing, and product margins
  • Experience gathering reporting requirements, validating data, and supporting user acceptance testing
