Remote Content Specialist, Email and Social Media
Create AI-assisted email and social content for U.S. golf businesses. Use Claude, Canva, and marketing workflows to produce on-brand campaigns.

- Build HTML email designs and social posts with Claude, Canva, and AI-assisted workflows
- Create and refine digital marketing assets in Canva
- Check AI-generated content for accuracy, visual quality, and brand fit
- Apply each client’s colors, fonts, logos, and tone of voice
- Coordinate content requests, priorities, and deadlines with Marketing Advisors
- Handle several assignments while meeting turnaround targets
- Use established production processes and keep files and content assets organized
- Contribute to seasonal campaigns and promotions for multiple clients
- Create content for U.S.-based businesses in the golf industry
Талаптар
- Practical experience producing email marketing and/or social media content
- Working knowledge of AI content tools, ideally Claude or Claude Design
- Proficiency with Canva for creating, editing, and adapting marketing assets
- Sound visual judgment and understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding
- Working knowledge of Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Professional spoken and written English for daily work with a U.S.-based team
- Careful attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Ability to follow detailed workflows and balance multiple priorities
- Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and industry concepts
- One to three years of digital content or marketing experience is preferred
- Professional content production experience with Claude or Claude Design is preferred
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, or similar email marketing platforms is preferred
- Basic understanding of HTML email structure is preferred
- Experience serving multiple clients or working in a marketing agency is preferred
- Interest in golf, hospitality, or sports is preferred
