- Analyze customer use cases and business objectives to guide analytics and business intelligence work.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the analytical needs and logic of internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define success and build measurement frameworks.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements.
- Document BI dashboards in line with RxVantage standards.
- Keep metric names, calculations, definitions, and dashboard delivery consistent.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data domains, sources, and their use.
- Apply knowledge of life sciences, healthcare providers, and pharmaceuticals to tailor dashboards.
- Build scalable, high performance BI solutions for internal analytics.
- Manage a Jira backlog of user requests independently, share progress, and meet delivery dates.
- Contribute to backlog planning and due dates.
- Follow the RxVantage Tableau security framework.
- Deliver internal Tableau dashboards and data driven insights for RxVantage’s life sciences and sales teams.

- Hands-on experience using Tableau.
- Experience building internal BI tools or dashboards for operational, product, or executive decisions.
- Experience analyzing raw data outside a BI tool.
- Ability to assess customer use cases and business objectives.
- Ability to gather and interpret business requirements.
- Ability to define metrics, calculations, visualizations, and measurement frameworks.
- Knowledge of data domains, sources, and usage relevant to RxVantage’s work.
- Understanding of the life sciences, healthcare provider, and pharmaceutical industries.
- Ability to build scalable, high performance BI solutions.
- Experience managing work through a Jira backlog and meeting agreed delivery dates.
- Ability to follow the RxVantage Tableau security framework.
- Must have a primary work location in the United States.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
