Remote Business Analyst in the Philippines
Business Analyst responsible for turning vendor and operational data into reliable reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. The role supports performance management, data governance, and strategic decision-making across a global cybersecurity business.

- Build and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and automated solutions for vendor performance management
- Gather, validate, and analyse information from multiple data systems
- Maintain high standards of reporting accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Track revenue, profitability, pipeline, partner engagement, programme adoption, and operational performance indicators
- Turn emerging trends and risks into practical business insights
- Work with sales, finance, operations, marketing, and business leaders to improve visibility, workflows, reporting practices, and data governance
- Assist with programme tracking, investment oversight, business case analysis, strategic planning, Executive Business Reviews, and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Support cross-functional initiatives, reporting automation, and assessments of emerging analytics tools and technologies
Талаптар
- At least two years of experience as a data analyst in a commercial setting
- Experience in IT distribution is preferred but not required
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Comfort working with large and complex datasets
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI or a comparable visualisation platform
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar data tools is advantageous
- Knowledge of data accuracy practices and the ability to recognise trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers
- Strong presentation capability
- Professional proficiency in English
- Ability to explain complex information clearly to non-technical audiences
- Well organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling competing priorities
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement
- Commercial awareness and a collaborative approach
- Experience with AI tools such as Databricks Genie or Claude is highly advantageous
