  • Manage and delegate work to the Staff Accountant.
  • Help the Controller and CFO identify and reduce organizational risk.
  • Support annual audits, tax filings, and other compliance work.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements.
  • Lead and mentor a small accounting team.
  • Complete other assigned duties.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least four years of progressive accounting experience.
  • Strong, current knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Ability to apply broad judgment and initiative to complex accounting issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and follow through to resolution.
  • Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office and NetSuite.
  • Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Flexibility to take on new duties and projects.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • CPA credential or progress toward CPA preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Public accounting or audit experience.
  • Experience supporting a multi-state or professional services organization.
