- Direct AI-enabled transformation programmes for insurance clients across pricing, reserving, capital modelling, finance transformation and risk analytics
- Build and scale multidisciplinary teams delivering generative AI and agentic solutions
- Bring together actuarial, engineering, data science and insurance expertise to deliver client solutions
- Advise senior stakeholders, including CROs, CFOs, chief actuaries, and heads of pricing and risk
- Guide clients through AI-related governance, controls, performance and value-creation considerations
- Develop colleagues, coach emerging leaders and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture
- Collaborate with PwC’s onshore and offshore Technology Centres of Excellence

- Substantial experience leading transformation programmes, preferably in insurance, with relevant adjacent-sector experience also considered
- Strong technical understanding of generative AI, agentic architectures, advanced analytics and modelling, data-led decision-making, and AI and cloud technologies
- Knowledge of insurance finance, pricing and risk, including how these areas are changing in response to AI, regulation and market pressures
- Demonstrated success building and leading multidisciplinary teams of actuaries, engineers, data scientists and domain specialists
- Confidence working with senior clients, earning trust, offering constructive challenge and influencing strategic decisions
- Commercial acumen with experience identifying market opportunities, shaping propositions and supporting revenue growth
- Availability for work visa sponsorship
