Principal Infrastructure Automation and AI Ops Engineer at Forcepoint — India Remote
Lead infrastructure automation and AI Ops for Forcepoint’s cloud-native security platform in a remote India role. Shape secure operations across endpoints, identity, Microsoft 365, cloud, networking, and IT service management.

- Modernize enterprise operations across endpoint, identity, Microsoft 365, networking, cloud, and IT service management.
- Build an automation-first, API-driven, AI-assisted operating model with policy-as-code, automated remediation, and intelligent workflows.
- Serve as the technical authority for architecture spanning Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, CrowdStrike Falcon, CyberArk, Freshservice, AWS, Commvault, and Juniper NGFW.
- Own Windows endpoint architecture and Intune platform standards.
- Automate provisioning, configuration, compliance, patching, and device retirement throughout the endpoint lifecycle.
- Develop Windows Autopilot workflows that enforce standard-user deployments and reduce local administrator exposure.
- Create automated software inventory audits with self-healing remediation.
- Automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver processes across Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Freshservice.
- Advance Conditional Access from audit-only operation to full policy enforcement.
- Develop AI-assisted analysis for entitlements and role-based access control.
- Partner on privileged-access automation covering onboarding, credential rotation, and session monitoring.
- Design and automate Microsoft 365 administration with Microsoft Graph and PowerShell.
- Set configuration baselines, detect drift, and govern SharePoint environments.
- Lead enterprise automation engineering standards for Terraform, Bicep, and scripting frameworks.
- Build CI/CD pipelines and API-based integrations across infrastructure platforms.
- Create reusable automation modules and transform manual processes into Freshservice service catalog workflows.
- Deliver production AI-assisted capabilities across endpoint, identity, networking, cloud, and Service Desk operations.
- Implement anomaly detection, event correlation, intelligent ticket classification and routing, and predictive monitoring.
- Build authentication, authorization, logging, approval, rollback, and human-review controls into automated actions.
- Support Forcepoint DSE/DLP customer-zero integration for AI-assisted data security and remediation.
- Unify telemetry across endpoint, identity, networking, cloud, Microsoft 365, and ITSM systems.
- Implement secrets management, remove hardcoded credentials and standing privileged access, and enforce auditable least-privilege RBAC.
- Set architecture standards, lead design reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.
- Track outcomes including endpoint-task automation, identity workflow automation, Git and CI/CD infrastructure changes, proactive compliance monitoring, and production AI Ops use cases.

- Bring 10 or more years of experience in infrastructure, systems, or platform engineering.
- Demonstrate experience designing automation for large enterprise environments.
- Provide expert-level Microsoft Intune and Windows endpoint management skills, including Autopilot and local-administrator or LAPS enforcement.
- Show strong Entra ID experience with SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, identity lifecycle management, and SCIM or API-based provisioning.
- Use PowerShell, Python, and/or Bash at an advanced level.
- Have strong experience with REST APIs, webhooks, integrations, and Git.
- Work with Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bring deep Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint governance.
- Have experience with EDR platforms and vulnerability or patch-management reporting.
- Understand 802.1X, enterprise PKI/CA, MDM-based certificate deployment, and NAC or authentication troubleshooting.
- Demonstrate production experience with AI-assisted or event-driven automation, including anomaly detection and automated remediation with appropriate security controls.
- Have experience with AWS platform engineering and account hygiene.
- Have direct administration and API integration experience with Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
- Have experience with CyberArk or an equivalent PAM platform, and Commvault or an equivalent backup platform.
- Bring network automation experience using Python or Ansible, along with observability or telemetry pipeline experience.
- Have experience with LLM or AI agent frameworks and enterprise AI governance.
- Be familiar with Forcepoint DSE/DLP or Claude-based AI security tooling, or be interested in shaping an early customer-zero AI and data-security integration.
