Principal Clinical Translation and Scientific Engagement Lead at Labcorp — Poland Remote
Lead clinical translation for Labcorp’s real-world data solutions by converting clinical concepts into technical definitions and supporting scientific engagement, publications, and congress presentations.

- Track changes in real-world data needs and assess their effects on strategy and product roadmaps
- Identify use cases and requirements arising from advances in technology and clinical practice
- Review medical literature, clinical guidelines, and other relevant information sources
- Assess how AI and emerging technologies affect data generation, clinical analysis, and interpretation
- Translate clinical concepts and requirements into precise data definitions
- Partner with real-world data technical and business leaders to strengthen solutions
- Design analyses that verify the scientific and clinical accuracy of real-world data and related solutions
- Work with Labcorp’s clinical and scientific experts to improve data definitions, analyses, and interpretation
- Identify and lead AI initiatives that support clinical data and product workflows
- Act as the primary resource for cohort and feature definitions and clinical questions
- Engage internal clinical and scientific specialists to advance continuous improvement
- Resolve clinical questions arising during data and product development and delivery
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare practitioners, academic institutions, and industry professionals
- Present use cases, definitions, and real-world data content to internal and external stakeholders
- Support clinical events, congresses, publications, and scientific leadership planning
- Partner with analytics teams to generate insights for publications and scientific congresses
- Attend major congresses to present findings and engage with clinical leaders

- Healthcare professional degree, such as an MD or PharmD, plus at least 3 years of clinical practice
- At least 2 years of experience with real-world data, real-world evidence, and/or healthcare analytics
- Preferred: postgraduate research experience in life sciences, such as a master’s degree or PhD
- Preferred: demonstrated experience publishing scientific research and/or presenting real-world data or evidence topics at medical congresses
- Understanding of real-world data and the life sciences and healthcare industries
- Knowledge of HIPAA, data privacy laws, and related best practices
- In-depth knowledge of medical coding ontologies, including ICD-10, NDC, and RxNorm
- Experience using AI tools for data generation, interpretation, and validation
- Ability to collaborate across clinical, business, and technical teams and with external partners
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong planning, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
