Part-Time Merchandiser / Order Writer - Oceanside, CA
Join Mondelēz International as a part-time, onsite merchandiser and order writer serving stores in the Oceanside area. Stock snack products, manage orders, maintain displays, and support retail sales.

- Represent Mondelēz snack brands in retail stores
- Provide service and support to store teams and shoppers
- Complete scheduled store visits in line with DSD merchandising standards and capture display photos through DMI
- Develop working relationships with backroom receivers and store managers
- Use an iPad and Salesforce to order products and maintain stocked shelves and displays
- Set up promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated store plans
- Work according to RTM schedules and assigned priorities
- Support seasonal selling periods, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level insights, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, and move products while following compliance procedures

- Be 18 years of age or older
- Hold a valid REAL ID driver's license issued by your state of residence, a U.S. passport, or a federal ID
- Drive a personal vehicle covered by valid insurance
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently
- Be prepared to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced setting
- Repeatedly lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds, with occasional pushing and pulling of more than 50 pounds
- Retail or grocery experience is helpful but not required
- Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Oceanside, California
- Have open availability, including weekends, and be able to start by 6 a.m.
- Be available to work 25–35 hours per week
