Part-Time Merchandiser and Order Writer in Escondido, CA
Part-time, onsite role representing Mondelēz in Escondido and Poway stores. Responsibilities include stocking snack brands, managing orders and displays, tracking inventory, and building retailer relationships.

- Represent Mondelēz professionally in retail stores while upholding company standards
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers
- Complete scheduled store visits under Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards and capture display photos through DMI
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with store personnel
- Place product orders on an iPad through Salesforce to support product availability
- Set up promotional displays and follow approved store plans
- Complete assigned schedules and priorities from the RTM
- Support seasonal selling periods, product launches, and prominent merchandising events
- Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management
- Safely lift, bend, and transport products from stock rooms to sales floors and shelves in compliance with safety requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently
- Use a personally owned vehicle with valid insurance to travel between store locations
- Work effectively in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Repeatedly lift, bend, and carry loads up to 25 pounds, with occasional pushing and pulling of more than 50 pounds
- Retail or grocery experience is preferred but not required
- Reside within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Escondido, California
- Be available for weekend work and able to start by 6:00 a.m.
- Be available to work 25–35 hours per week
