Create high-performing social content for Raindrop, a creative marketing agency. Lead platform execution, track cultural trends, analyze results, and present work to clients.

- Develop content plans for TikTok, Meta, X, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms from broader strategies and campaign concepts
- Produce high-volume, on-brand social content from initial idea through final delivery
- Track online trends, conversations, and cultural moments
- Collaborate with creative, production, strategy, and data teams
- Evaluate performance, identify patterns, and refine the work and strategy
- Guide client relationships, develop presentation decks, present ideas, advance the creative direction, and explain the reasoning behind recommendations
- Provide support outside standard business hours when needed

- At least five years of social media experience, preferably at an agency or in another fast-paced environment
- Strong creative judgment and a demonstrated ability to produce effective content while protecting brand integrity
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage client requests, projects, and concurrent deadlines
