Online Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – Stuttgart Hybrid
Join a Stuttgart performance marketing agency to manage client relationships and deliver data-driven SEO, SEA, and paid social campaigns. The role combines campaign execution, performance analysis, content creation, and project coordination across major digital platforms.

- Lead initial client discussions to understand needs and establish campaign objectives
- Design and run client workshops covering strategy, target audiences, and performance
- Coordinate ongoing client communication and manage current and future marketing projects
- Plan and launch online marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Deliver and continually improve SEO, SEA, and paid social initiatives
- Write compelling advertising, landing page, and social media content
- Evaluate campaign results, build reports and Looker Studio dashboards, and recommend targeted improvements
- Onboard and guide interns and working students
Талаптар
- Fluent written and spoken German
- A completed degree in marketing, media, communications, or advertising, or comparable relevant professional experience
- A strong interest in online marketing and current digital developments
- A responsible, organized, dependable, and adaptable working style
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good English skills are an advantage
