  • Create and support Odoo customisations for finance and project-management platforms, including a tailored expense application
  • Develop and maintain connections between Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, and banking platforms
  • Transfer legacy data through scripted, repeatable migration processes, with source validation during dry runs and cutover
  • Develop and maintain automated testing pipelines with appropriate test and mock data
  • Work closely with the Odoo Functional Consultant to clarify requirements and evaluate solution approaches
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager on estimates, delivery progress, and project risks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation
  • Provide ongoing support after the system goes live
  • Handle additional responsibilities aligned with the role’s purpose

Талаптар

  • At least three years of professional Python development experience
  • At least two years of experience creating custom Odoo modules on recent Odoo releases
  • Advanced Odoo back-end knowledge, including ORM, inheritance, security, reporting, and scheduled actions
  • Advanced Odoo front-end skills with OWL and JavaScript
  • Experience delivering customised, user-facing Odoo applications
  • Experience connecting Odoo to external platforms through REST and Odoo external APIs
  • Ability to design reliable error-handling processes
  • Practical experience with data migration, including scripted repeatable loads, validation, and data-quality checks
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL, Git, Linux, Docker, and Odoo deployment and maintenance
  • Strong testing practices covering automation, CI/CD pipelines, and test-data administration
  • Self-directed approach with the initiative to deliver work independently
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Ukrainian
