Stock and order Nabisco snack products in Hurst-area stores while managing displays, promotions, store relationships, and daily retail execution for Mondelēz International.

- Meet customers' merchandising needs through communication, relationship building, shelf stocking, and display maintenance.
- Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence.
- Provide excellent service to store teams and shoppers.
- Complete daily store visits according to Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Excellence standards, including photographing displays through DMI.
- Develop and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel.
- Order products on an iPad through Salesforce to keep shelves and displays in stock.
- Set up promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated execution plans.
- Follow the RTM's daily schedules and priorities.
- Assist with seasonal sales, new product introductions, and prominent merchandising events.
- Report store-level observations, problems, and opportunities to the RTM and management team.
- Safely lift, bend, and move products while complying with safety requirements.

- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Hold a valid driver's license and provide proof of auto insurance.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Bring a positive, professional attitude and the ability to work independently with self-motivation.
- Be able to drive a personal vehicle between multiple store locations.
- Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry loads weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is advantageous.
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Hurst, Texas.
- Be available to work five days per week, including Saturdays.
- Be available to start at 6 a.m. and work 40 hours per week.
