Mid-Level Cloud Infrastructure Analyst - Hybrid Brazil
Manage AWS and Google Cloud environments, Kubernetes, and automation for INFOX. Help support applications used by Courts of Justice across Brazil.

- Manage and support AWS and/or Google Cloud environments to maintain availability, performance, and security
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters, including EKS, GKE, or comparable platforms
- Provision and manage infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, Argo CD, and similar Infrastructure as Code tools
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply GitOps practices to automate deployments
- Administer object storage platforms such as Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, and MinIO
- Monitor cloud environments with observability and APM tools to identify bottlenecks and improvement areas
- Contribute to FinOps efforts through cost optimization, resource rightsizing, and more efficient cloud usage
- Automate operational tasks with Bash, Python, or comparable scripting tools
- Partner with Development and Infrastructure teams on architectural improvements and critical incident resolution
- Maintain and improve cloud environments supporting Courts of Justice throughout Brazil

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Experience administering AWS and/or Google Cloud environments
- Experience managing Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms such as EKS or GKE
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform, Ansible, or Argo CD
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
- Knowledge of Linux and cloud networking, including VPCs, load balancers, and connectivity
- Experience using monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Elastic APM, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Glowroot
- Ability to automate tasks with Bash or Python
- Experience with PostgreSQL and basic database troubleshooting
- Analytical, collaborative, and effective problem-solving approach
- AWS or Google Cloud certification is a plus
- Kubernetes certification is a plus
- Experience with DevSecOps is a plus
- Knowledge of FinOps is a plus
- Experience supporting high-availability environments is a plus
- Knowledge of Brazil’s Judiciary ecosystem is a plus
