Junior Graphic Designer – Remote, South Africa
Part-time junior graphic designer role creating branded digital and print materials for an investment management firm. The work includes graphics, PDFs, infographics, and data visualizations in a remote South Africa-based position.

- Apply brand standards and values consistently across print and digital design projects
- Create engaging web assets such as email banners, page banners, and infographics
- Develop graphics and layouts with Adobe Creative Suite
- Partner with marketing teams on campaign content for multiple media channels
- Design and revise brochures, promotional documents, and other marketing collateral
- Prepare and format templated PDFs for thought leadership content
- Create and maintain fillable PDFs with Adobe Acrobat, Word, PowerPoint, and Creative Suite
- Edit, resize, and improve images and staff photography in Adobe Photoshop
- Proofread short-form copy for accurate English usage
- Keep files accurately named, organized, and stored
- Contribute to quality assurance checks and peer reviews
- Manage and prioritize design requests to meet project deadlines
- Create static and animated data visualizations with tools such as Flourish
- Work closely with the Senior Designer, web agency, and Marketing teams

- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Proficiency with Adobe After Effects; familiarity with additional Adobe tools is advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Hands-on Figma experience is required
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Ability to manage several projects while meeting deadlines
- Ability to interpret briefs and turn concepts into compelling visual work
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience creating visual concepts and infographics
- Basic animation capabilities
- Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategy
- Collaborative, self-motivated approach to teamwork
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality work independently
- At least 1.5 years of relevant experience and a portfolio demonstrating design ability
- Excel proficiency and some data visualization experience are advantageous
- Legal authorization to live and work in South Africa without employer sponsorship
