Junior Financial Analyst – Hybrid, Uppsala
Junior Financial Analyst supporting financial analysis, manufacturing variance reporting, and month-end close activities. Help strengthen supply chain finance for WeQuel’s medical technology and manufacturing client.

- Analyze functional spending, manufacturing variances, and related reporting
- Conduct spend analysis and prepare headcount reports
- Assist with financial closing activities
- Support the month-end close, including assistance for the SFA
- Assist with asset capitalization
- Support volume forecasting and projections
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes
- Provide ad hoc project assistance and support operational improvement initiatives involving supply chain finance
- Manage assigned tasks independently while working with multiple stakeholders across the organization
- Report to the Finance Manager in an individual-contributor role with no direct reports
- Contribute to financial controls, process improvements, and sustainable supply chain finance solutions for a medical technology and manufacturing client
Талаптар
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance
- Practical experience supporting month-end close activities
- Background in financial analysis
- Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or cost accounting is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Industrial Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related major
- Native-level Swedish and fluent written and spoken English
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Experience using an ERP system; SAP experience is strongly preferred and beneficial
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think independently and plan and prioritize effectively
- Highly motivated, proactive self-starter who takes ownership and accountability
- Ability to adapt to changing internal customer needs and business demands
- Consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work with close attention to detail
- Availability to work during the summer period
