- Manage legal matters across the corporate life cycle and business growth
- Incorporate and structure companies
- Advise on capital transactions
- Support group restructurings and reorganizations
- Assist with business and business-asset acquisitions and disposals
- Perform legal due diligence reviews
- Prepare shareholders’ agreements
- Draft sale and purchase agreements, including representations, warranties, and indemnities
- Provide ongoing legal support to companies and their directors
- Collaborate directly with partners and clients
