Junior Accounts Receivable and Billing Specialist at Conduent
Conduent is hiring a junior accounts receivable and billing specialist in Mexico for its hybrid team. The role covers invoice generation, audit support, operational monitoring, and process compliance.

- Assist team leaders and managers with preparing operational metrics
- Support audits by supplying backup records and required documentation
- Maintain accurate, current process documentation and operating procedures
- Ensure adherence to internal and external guidelines and standardized processes
- Generate invoices in response to immediate requests during the shift
- Track and review progress, escalating warning signs to management without delay
- Be available for extended hours and weekend work when required during month-end close
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance, or equivalent experience
- Portuguese language skills are desirable
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize promptly
- At least one year of financial operations experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing, accounting, vendor registration, or vendor master data management
- Knowledge of finance and accounting in the automotive industry is highly valued
- Customer-focused approach with a strong commitment to quality
- Advanced Excel proficiency is highly valued
