Head of Creative at Fussy — London Hybrid
Lead Fussy’s creative direction for sustainable personal-care products, spanning brand strategy, campaigns, production, and team development. This full-time hybrid role is based in London.

- Build and lead Fussy’s creative function
- Align creative direction with brand and commercial objectives
- Create and develop a high-performing in-house creative team
- Establish effective creative processes and ways of working
- Set and uphold a high standard of creative quality
- Direct campaigns across every relevant channel
- Collaborate with Growth to combine strong design with performance
- Create playbooks that support scalable creative output
- Protect Fussy’s visual identity, voice, and storytelling
- Provide creative approval across most brand touchpoints
- Lead and improve the creative production process
- Oversee concepts, art direction, casting, styling, and delivery
- Develop a production model that balances speed, cost, and quality
- Collaborate with Brand, Growth, NPD, and Commercial teams
- Coordinate with external photographers, studios, and freelancers
- Coach and support the development of the creative team

- Current experience in a Head of Creative or Head of Design position
- Background building and leading creative teams within high-growth DTC, lifestyle, or FMCG brands
- Design training or experience with strong creative judgment and visual taste
- Ability to establish creative systems and shape distinctive executions
- Track record delivering high-volume, high-quality creative across multiple channels
- Confidence directing both agile and highly produced photo or video shoots
- Leadership ability to create clarity, raise standards, and motivate a team
