- Create social posts, banners, and static campaign graphics for influencer activations
- Develop creator-ready visual templates that follow brand guidelines
- Design client and stakeholder presentations that communicate campaign performance through engaging visuals
- Produce branded internal materials, including Slack graphics, templates, and communication assets
- Deliver digital assets tailored to the native formats of social platforms
- Partner with the Digital Marketing team to develop, test, and refine high-converting advertising creative
- Create paid-media visuals optimized for Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Continuously refine creative using campaign data and performance insights
- Keep visual output current while maintaining consistency with established brand guidelines

- Proficiency with current design software and AI-supported creative processes
- Approximately four or more years of relevant design experience
- Strong AI fluency supported by a compelling portfolio
- Ability to turn data and campaign results into clear, persuasive presentation materials
- Experience creating marketing and social media content at high volume
