- Evaluate business processes, procedures, and operational workflows
- Gather, organize, validate, and analyze business and program data
- Support data-quality reviews and reconciliation work
- Create and maintain procedures, reports, process documentation, and briefing materials
- Examine information drawn from spreadsheets, databases, and other business systems
- Monitor project actions, milestones, issues, and deliverables
- Produce recurring and ad hoc reports, charts, and management summaries
- Coordinate with analysts, GIS professionals, technical teams, and client stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information systems, data analytics, GIS, or a related discipline
- Professional background in management analysis, business analysis, program analysis, or a comparable role
- Hands-on experience using spreadsheets, databases, and business information
- Well-developed analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Capability to produce clear reports and business documentation
- Ability to satisfy applicable client access requirements
- Preferred: Background supporting real property, facilities, GIS, or asset management programs
- Preferred: Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS or comparable GIS software
- Preferred: Experience with process improvement or data-quality initiatives
- Preferred: Experience creating management reports, metrics, or presentations
- Preferred: Experience supporting government or large enterprise customers
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, type, read from a computer screen, bend, reach, kneel, walk moderate to long distances when required, and possibly lift up to 25 lbs.
