German-Speaking Management Consultant – Hybrid UK
Lead procurement and supply chain transformation projects for Efficio clients as a German-speaking management consultant. Analyze data, shape sourcing strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and deliver complex consulting workstreams.

- Gather and interpret client data to inform practical recommendations
- Analyze datasets to uncover issues and actionable insights
- Manage several small or complex procurement categories
- Coach junior consultants while applying Efficio’s methodologies and processes
- Build trusted client relationships and gain stakeholder support for proposed strategies
- Define strategic direction, resolve complex client challenges, and tailor solutions to client needs
- Plan and deliver strategies designed to achieve agreed outcomes
- Create and implement sourcing and negotiation strategies
- Contribute to the recruitment of junior consulting talent

- Demonstrated communication, empathy, and relationship-building capabilities
- Strong analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills
- Practical proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience investigating complex challenges in a leading management consultancy or relevant industry role
- Fluency in both German and English
- Management consulting experience at a leading consultancy, preferably in procurement or supply chain
- Experience or interest in strategic sourcing, procurement transformation, supply chain, operations, infrastructure, or capital projects
- A proven record of collaborating closely with senior client stakeholders
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong attention to detail combined with a hands-on working style
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities
- Ability to improve established processes, spot opportunities, and develop innovative solutions
- Willingness and flexibility to travel
