Support Ludia’s mobile games by analyzing player data, resources, and progression systems. Help develop balance models and live content for the game portfolio.

- Examine in-game resources, rewards, and progression loops.
- Use data to interpret player behavior and progression patterns.
- Build models and simulations for evaluating balance scenarios.
- Investigate competitor games and free-to-play market trends.
- Configure and monitor content, events, and features.
- Work with Design, Product, Data, and Development teams.
- Recommend improvements based on analysis and observations.
- Present your work, explain your creative approach, incorporate feedback, and engage with the team.

- Currently pursuing Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related program.
- Strong interest in game design, progression systems, and free-to-play games.
- Comfort working with numbers and solving problems.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Curiosity about player behavior and the way game systems influence player experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is an asset.
- French and English bilingualism is an asset.
