  • Manage concurrent SEC reporting engagements through quarterly and annual reporting cycles.
  • Lead preparation and review of Forms 10-Q and 10-K, financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules.
  • Manage reporting calendars, client deliverables, review cycles, open items, and filing deadlines.
  • Check client schedules and supporting documents for completeness, accuracy, and consistency with financial statements.
  • Perform or oversee financial statement tie-outs, disclosure checklists, roll-forwards, and supporting workpapers.
  • Partner with client accounting and finance teams to resolve reporting issues and gather required information.
  • Work with external auditors and internal accounting specialists to address review comments and complex accounting matters.
  • Guide senior and associate team members by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and giving timely feedback.
  • Track engagement economics, staffing, and resource needs across concurrent projects.
  • Recommend improvements to clients’ SEC reporting processes, documentation, controls, and filing readiness.
  • Learn each client’s business, reporting processes, and accounting to manage recurring requirements and spot potential reporting issues.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least five years of current or recent experience in public accounting, SEC reporting, external financial reporting, or technical accounting.
  • Practical experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q and related financial statement disclosures.
  • Strong command of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting rules.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and concurrent client engagements.
  • Strong project management, written and verbal communication, and client service skills.
  • Experience supervising and reviewing engagement team members’ work.
  • CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience supporting SEC registrants through recurring services or outsourced reporting is preferred.
  • Experience with financial reporting and disclosure management platforms is preferred.
