Oversee finance operations, financial performance, and resources.
Support financial stability, efficiency, and profitability.
Provide accounting and finance support to group companies.
Develop and carry out financial plans aligned with strategic goals.
Identify financial risks and create mitigation plans.
Forecast cash flow and plan liquidity needs.
Manage cash reserves, track inflows and outflows, and optimize working capital.
Manage costs and find savings opportunities.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, tax laws, and BEE requirements.
Liaise with investors, creditors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
Prepare monthly entity- and business-level profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
Oversee annual external audits and company secretarial functions.
Manage tax and BBBEE compliance.
Assess investment opportunities and provide data-based insights.
Lead the finance team.
Pursue professional development and meet company growth-plan targets.

Талаптар

A relevant tertiary finance qualification, such as a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours.
A relevant professional qualification, such as CIMA or CA(SA).
At least two years of post-qualification experience as a CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified professional.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Effective time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Ability to collaborate across functions as a team member.
Knowledge of financial reporting, cash management, audits, and compliance.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Advanced Xero skills or experience with a comparable accounting system.
Experience with integration or automation solutions.
For home-based work, reliable uninterrupted internet and a suitable work environment are required.
