Create and refine TikTok and Instagram advertising concepts for e-commerce clients. Research creators, develop script briefs, coordinate production, and review submitted video content for quality and brand alignment.

- Deliver high-quality creative media for clients.
- Research and contact suitable content creators.
- Track emerging trends across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Build a thorough understanding of each client’s brand, values, customer profiles, and requirements.
- Write detailed, brand-aligned script briefs covering B-roll and complete video concepts.
- Coordinate with creators and build project-specific production teams.
- Review submitted content for quality and adherence to guidelines.
- Communicate directly with clients when needed.
- Shape script-brief strategies around current TikTok and Instagram trends.
- Prepare comprehensive briefs for content creators.
- Identify creators who align with each brand’s target customer profiles.
- Choose and schedule creators for project assignments.
- Give constructive feedback on submitted content.
- Support additional duties requested by the Product Manager.

- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Excellent interpersonal communication with creators, colleagues, and clients.
- Ability to develop creative concepts from current and emerging trends.

- Reliable, responsive, and capable of consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong people skills with practical problem-solving and critical or analytical thinking abilities.

- Previous remote-work experience is a significant advantage.
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule.
- Available and responsive Monday through Friday during office hours from 3–6 PM BCN time.
- Access to a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
- Able to participate in virtual video conferences.
- Fluent English with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Willing to both receive and provide feedback constructively.
