  • Manage and expand social media activity across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Reddit, Quora, and X.
  • Plan and deliver recurring email campaigns in line with the annual communications plan.
  • Create ad creatives, proposal decks, brochures, website assets, and other client-facing materials while preserving brand consistency.
  • Produce printed and other offline marketing collateral.
  • Compile weekly advertising-performance and sales-meeting reports for the US and Turkey markets.
  • Perform weekly competitor reviews to uncover content and channel gaps.
  • Assist with managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ChatGPT Ads.
  • Contribute to SEO through blog content, content updates, local SEO, AI search visibility (AEO), and keyword and ranking monitoring.
  • Help maintain HubSpot and other CRM, communications, and workflow platforms.
  • Apply AI tools to create, refine, and repurpose content while upholding quality and brand voice.
  • Create and maintain reusable prompts, templates, and lightweight workflows for content production, reporting, and research.
  • Help convert repetitive marketing activities into AI-supported or automated workflows.
  • Check AI-generated content for accuracy, factual reliability, and brand alignment before publication.
  • Participate in digital transformation initiatives.
  • Provide an English resume/CV and work samples; shortlisted applicants may be asked to complete a practical AI-assisted content creation assignment.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
  • Native or professional Turkish proficiency and excellent written and spoken Business English; all interviews are conducted in English.
  • Ability to produce visuals, brochures, and presentations using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Experience managing social media accounts.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and work comfortably in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or CapCut is a significant advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, or Google Ads is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, or Semrush is advantageous.
  • Basic WordPress and HTML knowledge is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n or Zapier is advantageous.
  • Interest in B2B and B2C marketing or professional services is advantageous.
  • High flexibility to coordinate with US operations, global colleagues, and changing campaign-launch schedules.
  • Ability to work from a home office during hours aligned with US Eastern Time zones.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
  • English resume/CV and work samples are required for application consideration.
