Lead paid digital performance for Kesko Senukai Digital, a Baltic e-commerce retailer. Manage PPC, Google Ads, Meta campaigns, agency coordination, tracking, reporting, and media optimization.

- Manage and improve paid digital activity across Google, Meta, and other performance platforms
- Partner with external agencies and internal teams to deliver results, maintain accurate tracking, and support data-led decisions
- Work with the Head of Digital to shape, deliver, and refine the performance marketing strategy
- Coordinate PPC programs delivered by external agency partners
- Improve Google Ads and Meta search and display campaigns
- Track and enhance paid search, remarketing, and prospecting results
- Oversee and optimize price comparison channel activity
- Plan, purchase, and assess local digital media campaigns
- Produce practical, decision-ready digital marketing performance reports
- Oversee dynamic campaigns and their ongoing optimization

- At least two years of PPC experience
- Hands-on proficiency with GA4, including event-based tracking, funnel and conversion analysis, audience building, and performance measurement
- Experience presenting insights through Looker Studio
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting and data analysis
- A strong analytical approach with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Practical experience setting KPIs and preparing forecasts
- Able to respond effectively as priorities change
- Consistently attentive to quality, technical precision, and outcomes
- Good spoken and written English
