- Work with data from multiple systems.
- Combine structured and unstructured data for consistent dashboards and reports.
- Map relationships among data from different sources to support integration.
- Conduct and interpret ad hoc, in-depth analyses.
- Help assess data quality across FamilySearch.
- Give department leaders reliable data from trusted source systems to support key decisions.
- Access and integrate reporting data to establish standards for data quality and reliability.
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience validating data across multiple systems, assessing data quality, and configuring reports and standardized dashboards.
- Knowledge of basic statistical principles and probability sampling methods.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present data visually.
- Knowledge of process adherence and quality improvement practices.
- Ability to measure quality outcomes against acceptance criteria and communicate performance.
- Ability to develop processes for evaluating whether standards are being met.
- Attention to detail and willingness to work with volunteer teams and service missionaries on projects involving multiple languages.
- Additional language skills and the ability to use translation tools are helpful.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, and other statistical, database, or programming software.
- Understanding of data accuracy and its impact on organizational outcomes.
- Understanding of how data functions across a system or organization.
- Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
